1What is the price for a night?

From € 20,00 per bed.

2What is included in the price?

The price includes: bed/ sheets/ towel/ WIFI in the whole building/ use of computers/ sanitary unit in every room.

3How many rooms are there?

We have 33 rooms.

4How many beds are there?

Our hostel has 124 beds.

5Mixed or private rooms?

You can sleep in either a mixed or a private room. Enquire about the possibilities.

6Can I stay with a group?

Our hostel is very suitable for groups of up to even 124 persons.!

7Can I come with my family?

Yes, families are very welcom. However, families with children younger than 12 years must stay in a private room and are not allowed in the mixed room.

8Should I reserve in advance?

This is certainly recommended!

9Do we have to pay a reservation fee?

If you reserve directly with us, there is no reservation fee.

10What are the opening hours?

Our hostel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

11What times can I check in and out?

You can check in after 14.00 o'clock and you have to check out before 12.00 o'clock.

12What about the safety in the hostel?

The reception is manned during the daytimes and a night porter is on duty at nighttimes.

13Do I have to bring my own bed linen?

No, In our hostel you can make free use of sheets and a towel.

14What about food and drinks?

During our breakfast buffet, you can choose from various quality products. In addition, you can enjoy various snacks and(non) alcoholic drinks in Bud s place! We can also provide a special, homemade breakfast facility for groups.Enquire about the possibilities.

15Can I get a hot meal?

Student City Groningen is well known for its many small restaurants with cheap daily menus. Most of these small restaurants are just a few minutes away from our hostel. do you want to have a tasty, cheap meal? Ask about the possibilities at the receptiondesk.

16Are pets allowed?

No, sorry.

17Can I store my bicycle somewhere?

Yes, we have a possibility.

18Do you have an information desk?

Yes, we would be delighted to provide you with both general and tourist information.

19Can I store my luggage somewhere?

Yes, we have a luggage room.

20Can I store my valuables somewhere safe?

There are lockers in every room for your personal valuables.

21Can I use the internet or send e-mails?

There are several computers in Bud's place where you can use the internet and send e-mails for free.

22Do you have wireles internet access?

Yes, we offer free WiFi in the whole building.

23How can I pay?

With credit card, pin or cash.

24How do I reach Bud Gett Hostels in Groningen?

Extensive public transport facilities are just around the corner and the city has many good cycle paths. If you are travelling by car, you can use the parking garage next door. You can find a descripion of the route on the contact page.
